BEFORE A SESSION
At Civiello Communications, we realize that every client's needs are different, so we work with you to understand you and your organization, the messages you want to convey, and then customize your coaching.

IN SESSION
We offer:

• One on one, small group, and large group presentation or media trainings where we may use break out groups for individual focus.
• Half day, or full day individual sessions as well as ongoing support for teams of professionals as well as individual executives (see executive coaching)
• Coaching using Skype or Video Conference technology, to reach larger groups of employees in different geographies.

All of our services involve the use of video - videotaped exercises, and real life experiences - as a tool to engage clients, review, and measure progress.

AFTER A SESSION
At CCG we understand the value of follow-up, so we typically provide a session report highlighting top takeaways, and next steps to better ensure new skills become habit.
